This course introduces students to the basic concepts of leadership. Emphasis is placed on the Catholic, Benedictine tradition, including the universitys Benedictine values and core themes. Students will utilize the concepts discussed in the course to develop their own philosophy of leadership. This course is foundational and is designed for beginning student leaders. No prerequite.
